Dan Walsh is the Branch Manager for Coldwell Banker Realty offices in Milton and Dorchester, MA, and serves as a Deal Advisor for the South Shore offices. With over 15 years of real estate experience, Dan brings a wealth of expertise in sales management, negotiation, and agent coaching. Under his leadership, the Milton and Dorchester offices have consistently achieved #1 market share in their respective markets.
Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Dan spent nearly a decade as Sales Manager at William Raveis in Boston (2012–2021), where he focused on team development and strategic growth. His career began in financial services at Fidelity Investments, where he served from 1991 to 2008, including as Senior Vice President overseeing institutional and branch investor centers from 2000 to 2009. During his tenure, Dan worked in key markets such as Palo Alto, CA and New York City’s Upper West Side, specializing in Private Wealth Management.
Dan launched his real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2009, earning Rookie of the Year honors. A proud Boston College graduate and longtime Milton resident, Dan combines deep local market knowledge with a proven track record of success. He is an active member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and is passionate about helping agents and clients achieve their goals.
